This is the first post on gmatt.dev — my personal corner of the web where I write about software, tools, and things I’ve built.

The site is built with Astro 5 and Tailwind CSS v4, deployed to Cloudflare Pages. It’s fast, static, and ships zero client-side JavaScript by default.

What to expect

I plan to write about:

  • Web development — techniques, frameworks, and architecture decisions
  • Developer tooling — editors, CLIs, workflows
  • Projects — deep-dives into things I’m building
